We are pleased to offer you a TELEPHONE APPOINTMENT with one of our Dermatologists.

Due to the current Coronavirus outbreak, your consultation will be conducted by telephone/video call. Please DO NOT ATTEND in person for your appointment.

You will be contacted by telephone within approximately 1 hour either side of your appointment time. Please ensure that we have the correct telephone details and ensure that you are available to receive the call.

If you feel it may be helpful to provide the clinician with CLEAR, WELL FOCUSED photos of the area of skin for which you have been referred and you are happy to provide this, please telephone our administration team on 0208 683 6734 who will provide you with a link and instructions.

Please ensure that you include your name, NHS Number and the date and time of your appointment in the email. This must be sent at least 48 hours in advance of your appointment so that the photos can be added to your record prior to your consultation. Please note that this is optional and photos should only be provided if you feel it is appropriate and you are happy for them to be stored in your patient record.

Please note that if you attend your appointment in person, you will not be seen and will be asked to leave the practice and await a telephone call.

Non-attendance without explanation may result in discharge from the service.
