About your appointment
When you arrive for your appointment, one of our Health Care Assistants will meet you in the waiting room and guide you to the dermatology clinic room. Your appointment will take place on the ground floor (Room 4).
Please do not attend your appointment if you have symptoms of COVID-19, a cold, or flu. If you are unwell, please contact us to reschedule your appointment.
Changing or cancelling your appointment
If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please give us as much notice as possible so we can offer the slot to another patient.
If you booked via an Accurx Self-Book link, you can cancel directly using the ‘Cancel’ button in your confirmation text message.

What to expect
During your appointment, you will be seen by one of our dermatology doctors and their team. They will discuss your symptoms, carry out any necessary tests, and provide treatment or advice.
We aim to complete everything you need in one visit, which may include:
- A full consultation
- Procedures (if required)
- Medication advice for your GP
- Urgent prescriptions
- Self-care advice for managing your condition
- Information leaflets to take away
