What to expect

At your appointment, you’ll be seen by one of our specialist ENT doctors and their multi-disciplinary team. They will aim to diagnose your condition, arrange any investigations necessary and provide treatment to resolve or manage your symptoms.

We aim to ensure that everything you need can be completed in the first appointment. This will include:

  • Full consultation
  • Procedures or hearing tests if required
  • Initial prescriptions (repeats to be prescribed by GP)
  • Self-management advice to support you at home
  • Information leaflets for you to take home
Important

If your GP has referred you because of dizziness, please note that the assessment in the clinic may include a test or procedure which could affect your balance for a short period of time. We recommend that you DO NOT drive immediately after your clinical appointment.
