- If possible, please ATTEND ALONE, or if essential bring only 1 relative/carer
- Please DO NOT attend more than 5 minutes before your appointment time to avoid overcrowding in the waiting areas
- Our Team may be wearing a face mask and you may be asked to wear one too
- Please arrive on time, If you arrive late for your appointment, you may not be seen

If you are unable to attend your appointment please contact us, giving as much notice as possible, this allows the appointment to be offered to another patient. Non-attendance without explanation may result in discharge from the service.

PERMITS ARE NOT AVAILABLE FROM ROYAL ARSENAL MEDICAL PRACTICE. This permit must be completed by you and displayed on your dashboard for the duration of your visit. Failure to do so may result in a fine for which Greenwich Clinics will not accept liability.
