Very professional and polite staff, thank you so much. I was kept informed and I’m very impressed. As this was my first appointment here I was nervous but the staff made me feel very welcome and comfortable.

Nice location, very easy free parking, pleasant atmosphere in the building, and extremely nice, friendly, polite, professional staff who explained all procedures very clearly and made my visit a very pleasant one.

This clinic has provided outstanding care and service. The Dr was personable and professional and treated my ear pain quickly and effectively. The follow ups were equally as thorough. The booking process was very easy and quick, highly recommend!

I was very impressed by the service I received. I was sent a text the day after I’d seen my GP asking me to call to make a convenient appointment at a location that suited me. I was seen exactly a week after seeing my GP. The consultant and HCA were very kind and took time to listen to my symptoms. I had an examination of my nose and throat with a scope which was quick and easy. Thank you for your care.

My experience was very good especially the Customer Service I had to cancel twice and was offered an appointment within a week. My consultant was very welcoming and took time to explain things to me, the nurse who helped was very polite and friendly which made me feel welcomed. I was given information on my condition which I found helpful and I would go back

I was very happy with my appointment. From booking through to being seen on time and with good covid precautions everything was as it should be in the NHS. My consultation was not rushed and everything explained to me in detail with plenty of opportunity for my questions. This was my second appointment at a Communitas clinic and both times I have been very pleased.

I went to Kings Langley Surgery, The Nap and the site itself was very clean and well laid out, parking was super easy as well. The staff were lovely, they made me feel really comfortable as I had never been there before. They were very friendly and professional. Thank you for making my experience straightforward and easy.

I had to cancel appointments previously but still got seen in a timely manner. Everyone was kind, understanding and caring. I was given time to talk of any concerns and had been followed up from my previous appointment which the Consultant asked about. As I had requested this on my previous appointment. In the follow up all my hearing needs were attended to with empathy and care and I was given contact details where I could request this again if needed. It’s a great service and I’m very grateful for it!! Thank you Communitas Clinics and well done!! 👏

I found the Doctor I saw at the All Saints medical centre, Plumstead to be of the highest standard, not just in knowledge and giving information but also in reassurance that I was in good hands. I was there for a simple matter but I'm very pleased to have seen him.

I called to schedule my ENT appointment, the appointment schedulers were polite and efficient. I had a choice of locations depending on convenience for myself. I was able to schedule the first appointment at one location and the follow up at another location within days of each other with convenient times for myself. It was useful to have such flexibility! My initial appointment was efficient and the DR was friendly, caring and professional whilst maintaining an approachable manner. Often, NHS appointments can feel rushed and as though the health professional is busy beyond their capacity. This appointment was not like this, the specialist was attentive and very considerate of my problem. I attended my follow up appointment at a different practice a few days later and the specialist was again friendly, caring and a great listener. He was genuinely concerned about the issue I was facing. I felt very valued and cared for. He explained everything thoroughly and made many suggestions to improve the situation. Again, my suggested treatments were made considering my personal situation in terms of convenience and location. I would highly recommend this service to other service users. From start to finish the process was easy and rapid. Considering the problems the NHS is currently facing in terms of cuts, I did not feel anything impacted the service I received so well done to everyone involved in this team from the schedulers to the doctors. The only suggestion I would have is that a check in service should be available, the two locations I visited did not have a dedicated receptionist for the ENT services. I was instructed to just take a seat and wait for someone to call me. Despite this, I was still seen promptly and was able to communicate through the schedulers phone number. Thanks for your great service.
