This means that you are able to contact the service on the above telephone number for an appointment if necessary, within the time frame advised by the ENT doctor today.

This information will also be sent to yourself and your GP in the form of a consultation letter following this appointment.
If you do not need an appointment within this timeframe you will be discharged from the service.
