- If possible, please ATTEND ALONE, or if essential bring only 1 relative/carer
- Please DO NOT attend more than 5 minutes before your appointment time to avoid overcrowding in the waiting areas
- Our Team may be wearing a face mask and you may be asked to wear one too
- Please arrive on time, If you arrive late for your appointment, you may not be seen

The surgery has a free Car park as well as displayed parking directly outside on Brook Lane road.
Buses 286, 178 and 386 stop near the surgery. if you choose to travel by train the nearest train stations are Kidbrooke and Blackheath. Kidbrooke is approximately 15mins walk from the surgery however Blackheath will require additional transport by bus.
