During your consultation today you have been offered the option of Self Referral back to the BHR Community ENT service for the same condition within the next 6 months.

This means that you are able to contact the service, on the above telephone number, to request an appointment if your current condition worsens, does not resolve or you experience a flare-up and you require further advice. A further referral from your GP will not be required in this instance.

Our administration team will complete a self-referral form from the information that you provide and this will be review by an ENT Specialist for clinical review. You will then be contacted by our Administration team to be offered an appointment within the service.
